Optiloop Intrusion and Theft Detection System
This low cost F-9000 Optiloop offer a unique intrusion and theft detection system with fiber-optic cable control box. It contains a long life light transmitter and receiver, terminated with ST connectors.
A fiber-optic cable with ST connector sockets is threaded through the property to be protected. Infra red coded light is pulsed through the cable. Any attempt to remove the protected property will activate an alarm or monitor signal. A disconnection or breakage of the cable will cause or produce visual and audible alarms for immediate response.
The System is false alarm free; and is easy to install and maintain
The F-9000 Optiloop is Housed in a plastic box. It is powered by local DC power supply or by AC power.
The F-9000 Optiloop can be monitored from a central alarm system, or can be interfaced to a local alarm panel.
The Fiber-optic cable sensor can monitor virtually any movable abject through the innovative use of fiber optics.
Using a led light source, the solid state sensor send a coded signal through a fiber-optic cable to a receiver port that must receive the exact signal transmitted. Any disruption of the fiber-optic loop-- be through human error, deliberate sabotage or natural disaster -- will disrupt the signal, triggering either a visual and/or audible alarm, or any number of designated monitoring responses.
